I got a missed call from 19013138550. I called it back and a lady had my name and asked me if I was her. I said yes. Then she confirmed my last 4 digits of my ssn#. And they were correct. She placed me on hold. Then another lady comes on the line asking the same info. Then she places me on hold. Then some black man gets on the line and says that I had a right to remain silent andanything I say could be used against me. Then he says the line was recorded. He says that I am being charged for bank fraud. And there was a affadavit against me. He says that he was going to request a warrant be issued for my arrest immediately due to a payday loan. Then he hollered loud as hell asking if I ever took out a payday loan. He would let me talk. He talked right over me. I asked him to stop hollering. Then he accused me of denying the payday loan and said I would be arrested and that I took out a loan for 500.00
and defrauded them through the bank. He placed me on hold 3 times. Then when I ask him what was he talking about, he slammed the phone down in my face! The caller ID places the number in Tennessee. I do have a old payday loan for 300.00 From years ago. Anyway the entire phone call was weird. This guy was very rude and loud as hell!!
I ignored the call as well. Message claims I have an open court case and if I don't call back or have my attorney call back then it will be documented I've waived my right to counsel. The beginning of the message is so jumbled I can't make out the callers name or the place of business. I'm not calling back, its a scam...official notice can't be made over the phone!
They call me to and I miss the call and I call right back and a black man maybe start telling me a pending court case and I waive my rights and its going to be filed against me I tried asking him question he talk all over me rude and they all so call ne from a 440 number that recorder his name is Troy I have file a complaint with the better business bureau
They call me they said I owed a payday loan. I always record my calls I told the man I needed proof of this debt he immediately said I was going to have a case file against me sad scare tactics no mini miranda just threats.
