I got a missed call from 19013138550. I called it back and a lady had my name and asked me if I was her. I said yes. Then she confirmed my last 4 digits of my ssn#. And they were correct. She placed me on hold. Then another lady comes on the line asking the same info. Then she places me on hold. Then some black man gets on the line and says that I had a right to remain silent andanything I say could be used against me. Then he says the line was recorded. He says that I am being charged for bank fraud. And there was a affadavit against me. He says that he was going to request a warrant be issued for my arrest immediately due to a payday loan. Then he hollered loud as hell asking if I ever took out a payday loan. He would let me talk. He talked right over me. I asked him to stop hollering. Then he accused me of denying the payday loan and said I would be arrested and that I took out a loan for 500.00
and defrauded them through the bank. He placed me on hold 3 times. Then when I ask him what was he talking about, he slammed the phone down in my face! The caller ID places the number in Tennessee. I do have a old payday loan for 300.00 From years ago. Anyway the entire phone call was weird. This guy was very rude and loud as hell!!
Same thing here. They called and left message that was pretty garbled. I called and asked who they were trying to call, I got my daughter-in-law's name. Rude woman said she had 3 felony affidavits outstanding. I told her yhat I didn't know her. Wouldn't tell me anyting else and hung up on me.
My wife called back and a nice womman said they had nothing on my daugher-in-law. Must be a mistake.
They called here today, left a message saying to call or have our Attorney call. So I called, she very nicely asked for my phone number. I gave it to her and she said it was for....(my dead brother in law). I said, I buried him in December. She said, oh I see that now, I am not sure why you received this call??? I asked what company she represents and she hung up on me. I NEED to know the answer as he was in bankruptcy. I called back, got the same lady and asked again-she hung up on me again. That pissed me off!!! So I called back a third time and the same woman answered, I tried to baot her...I said, I am in charge of his estate, I need to know who is calling??. She said, I dont know what u r talking about, I said, I just spoke with you...you hung up on me!!! She said, how do you know it was me, I said-because I am not deaf. I am simply asking what organization your are respresenting and she went on to say, she doesnt have to tell me.....and said-dont call here again. I said, you are kidding me right????? Your company called and left a threatening voice mail on MY PERSONAL answering machine and you wont...and she hung up again after cursing at me!!!!!!!!!! So I am reporting this to the Attorney Generals Office, this IS a scam and identity theft. Can you only imagine how many elderly people are falling for this!! I figured I would try one last time, got the same lady-this is a scam and she told me call back all I want that "I will hang up in your face again"!!! I know for sure now that even collectors are NOT legally aloud to say such non sense. Reporting!! I had my identity stolen, took 7 years to clear it up, they removed y maiden name and put hers as my maiden!!!!! This is serious business!!!

That is disgusting that these people would call people racial slurs such as cracker. Racism is wrong no matter who does it. I also tried to ask them more information on the loan that I supposedly received and the guy just kept going back to the same point that if I don't pay that I will be arrested. He said he was just trying to be nice and give me the opportunity to resolve this matter and now it's going to be handled by the State Attorney general. He must have had some type of conscious because he wished me a good day and said he hopes I can figure this out. I know not everyone who does this type of job is a bad person but you will never get ahead in life scamming people. It's just stupid.
