a man called left message to speak with my attorney or me.. I called back Nancy Kirkland proceeded to tell me I had 3 arrest warrants out even knew county I lived in she almost had me until I called sheriff dept they told me it was a scam..when I returned her call she got rude evidently because she received a call from sheriffs dept told me my case was no longer on her desk and don't call her back she was recording this call..by that time I was totally upset and told her guess what I have an automatic recorder that recorded our first conversation this morning forward...she had me totally convinced ..guess I learned a lesson the hard way ..made sure I kept all recordings just incase its needed...cant believe how close I came to being scammed...first clue should of been when she wouldn't take half at 515 pm and the rest when I got paid yet she waived the court fees...this is just a brief description of the events that lasted an entire day...the lady Nancy Kirkland and also Rebecca Hollaway were the names on their voice mail system....901-425-1479 was the number that left a message..nancy gave me her direct number 901-313-8552 said no ext needed...
