Calls from multiple numbers. I, personally, have been called from 901-425-1477, 901-457-0243, and 901-407-2023. All say the same thing with the same voice, but I've gotten 2 different names: Phil Albright and Walter Harrington. The only information they can give me is my name and phone number, and then they claim that I never paid off some loan and that if I don't immediately send them the money to THEM to pay it off, they will be issueing a warrant for my immediate arrest. I have never had any type of loan what-so-ever, so I knew from the moment they said that that it was a scam. Then when they refused to give me any info about "my debt", I was even more certain. Even after I told them that I was on to them, and after they scream and curse and try to do their best to make you feel like trash, they have still been calling. Absolutely a scam, that I hope no one falls for. And if anyone figures out how to get them to stop calling, please post so that the rest of us can know.
They threatened to take the criminal case to dane county courts. I asked what case and they were snotty. I don't have any criminal cases against me and I was wondering if you could find out if this is a scam
when this phne number call you leave you a mesage that contack att phil albright in tennessee and when you call they tell you that there is a pending case with them and if you do not pay they will put you in jail and take you to court this is a bulshit call it is a scam i contack att general office and there is no att phil albright in tennessee and i had thr phone copany look up this number 901-425-1477 and no list on this number i have put acomplanter with us att general office and they are going to look in to this scam other person that got a call from this number please list as a scam so other people wont loose there money that they want i this is a big scam scam scam
I have been receving calls from this number 901-425-1477 stating that I have a pending case against me. Threatening me to have my attorney contact them and if not there will be a court date. I have no pending casese against me nor does it work this way. You would received letter from courts on legal letterhead of any issues. THIS ISA SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get snooty when ask them whats up. Definitely a scam. Have called from many numbers and keep blocking but change one digit and then call you from that new number. Do not give them any money.
Just started this week get a call every day from this number, leaves a VM stating there is a case pending against me and that they need to hear from me today or my lawyer, or they will proceed to bring me to court..decided to Google number before calling them back..glad that I checked..felt it might be a scam.
