Idiots. Call my place of business and talk to my manager and he tells them we're not interested in anything they are selling. And to please remove us from their calling list. Then she mentions randomly about a compliance depot and he asked what exactly do you mean? and then she hung up on him. These people are a joke. Im going to do what Rick said.. Just lay the phone down and let them talk to dead air.
Ditto what everyone else has said. I see their number and let it go to the answering machine. They just KEEP CALLING it is like ground hogs day with these people. It just wont stop
In addition to the National Do Not Call Registry, telemarketers must maintain an internal "do not call" list.
You should always say "please put me on your internal do not call list" when you don't want to hear from a company again. Fail to do so, and some other telemarketer from there will be bugging you in the future.
They have been calling 2 - 3 times daily asking for a different person each time. They must have pulled our personnel list from the internet and are systematically calling and asking for each and every employee. I would liken them to a "stalker".
