Jim Cook called our business. He kept asking me for the name of our manager. I kept asking him where he was calling from, and all he said was Memphis, TN. He refused to reveal the name of his business. I told him he can e-mail my manager but he declined. He kept pestering me about when would be the best time to reach my manager. I told him that I don't know but I could take a message. He was extremely rude, said that he'll call back another time, and hung up. I called them back and reached a woman. She said he was probably a sales rep. I told her to never call our business ever again. We don't want to do business with them.
Never ending calls, they have been asked to stop, told to take us off their list, to no avail. Caller ID is worth its weight in gold. don't care who they ask for they are never in.
Just called our office, asking the Property Manager's name. Refused to give me more information, just that they'd like to talk to her. I told them I was the Assistant and asked what it was in regards to. Wouldn't give me information. When they call back tomorrow, I anticipate telling them off.
Coast 2 Coast has been calling us for months trying to sell us stuff for our programs. I've told them multiple times I don't want anything from them, and whenever they call they are rude to my staff. They have started asking for me by name and when my employees ask them what they're from, they won't say. We've been spotting them on caller ID and just not picking up, but today my newest employee did pick up because she didn't know otherwise. They wouldn't leave her alone until she put me on the phone. Then I let the lady talk about some bogus deal for a few minutes and just hung up. This company needs to be reported.
