It's FedEx Trace Center somewhere in Memphis, TN calling to follow up on either a missing/stolen/damaged international package. By the way, if you need to send an international package to either Central or South America from the US, don't count on FedEx in getting your package without having something missing/stolen/damaged. It's a nightmare dealing with FedEx to discuss your claim for compensation. One person from FedEx will tell you one thing, than another will tell you the opposite.
Relax! It's just FedEx calling you back. By the way, they are the absolute best at getting what you need where you need it. Sure there can be problems but NOBODY does it better. Be patient. The fact that they are calling you back means someone is looking into it for you. Be polite. These folks work hard! Good luck on finding your package. They found mine!!!
