FedEx shipping to other countries is ahorrible service. They do not inform you about local charges the custom will put on you and let the package reach the country's border. Never use them people. It will save you tim and money and good mood.
Fedex is the WORST!! I needed some insurance documents sent to me in upper Wisconsin from southern Wisconsin, fedex picked it up on Thursday and sent it to TENNESSEE and then the plane broke down and I can't get the docs until MONDAY!!! WTF!!! What kind of customer service is that!?!?!?
FedEx has someone follow up on a Tracking Case that has been initiated ensuring all data has been entered correctly and confirming the delivery time I was given by the inital FedEx worker.
No sales activities took place during my call.

This is Fedex tracking. I have a claim that a package was delivered based on Fedex tracking, yet, the driver left at the front door at 2PM. When I got home at 4:30PM, there was any package. I made a claim to Fedex. This is what they are calling me back for some more information.
