Someone telling me is from the Federal Division of Crime is calling and telling me I owe them money from a payday loan from 2005. The was defaulted on and the bank account closed, but was then repaid through another collection agency. Now three years later they are calling me and telling me I am going to go to jail for fraud, and all kinds of other things. They just called back and asked for teh Human Resources Dept. and when I wouldn't tell them my name they got very nasty and said I was lying to them.

Well about 1 year ago I started to recieve the same calls saying that they would arrest me and I must send them 4000 today and 8000 by the end of month or I would go to jail. I told them I dont have that kind of money and the payday loan ihad was only for 200 and that there would be noway i would pay that amount of money. They said it was because of late fees and other fees. I told them no and to leave me alone. They kept calling my work every day for 2 months and finally left me alone. ! year later they started again no stating that If I pay them 900 they would leave me alone. They said there from the crime division and they are downloading my info to police station. I told them ok go for it and hung up. They left another call at my house and I answered it and they gave me fax number finally it is 949-743-5831 so there it is the fax number and before they wanted money grams now they cant accept that they want debit card info now and I told them I dont have checking account or debit card anymore and they wanted me to use family members info I told them no way and now they said They would except money gram again just for me. The name is mike senclare they keep on switching back to same name again and again. When I called them back mike scot ansewed and I said you sound like mike senclare he got mad and told me to [***] off and hung up. I contacted attorney general and they are scamming alot of other people to and dont ever send money because they will keep doing again and again using diffrent names and there is no criminal crime unit
