Caller ID says Whiteville TN, But actually this a Memphis TN area code. I'm from Memphis. This has got to be one of those camouflaged calls. Probably really from India.
Same here SD. I also live in Memphis,TN and I was thinking it was a spoofed number. It went to my VM and I heard people talking in the background with thick accents. Blocked it.
