The caller left voicemail sounded like recording stating he was with pretrial intervention and if I did not respond today he would submit that I have declined council and and my case would be pushed through

Travis called. Never asked for anyone just there was a case pending and myself or attorney need to call or I will give up my rights and my case will be pushed through. Handle myself accordingly. Got this message last week also. Its a recording you can tell and if anyone is going to bring you to court they serve you they don't call you!
Received an automated message saying they are Pre-Trial intervention and I have a pending case. Press one to discuss and then the call ends. Pretty sure I have no pending case in Texas as I am a licensed attorney in Georgia. SCAM
Received call from 901 407 2088 caller ID indicated Memphis Tn. Told me I have a case pending press one to speak to a person started ringing an extension after several rings a message came on said there was no one to answer please leave a message. Called number back women answered said they were Litigation services her name given Jessica Bart. The real litigation service is in Las Vegas they never heard of the number or the person. 800 330 1112
