Caller ID said BC OUTREACH.  Could that be "Black Caucus" ?   It was Memphis.

no message on my answering machine- BC outreach on caller Id- I have no idea who this is. no one I know. No message makes me believe it's a scam.

A pseudo charity.  Other sites indicate they call about about Breast Cancer.  If they were legitimate they'd have a website, but they do not.

'BC OUTREACH' on caller i.d....maybe it was Bill Clinton trying to drum up some support for 'Hillary For Mayor of New York City!'...yeeeeehaaaaaaa!!!!

Got an ID said BC Outreach...didn't answer, but  called it back and a pre-recorded answered and said it was breast cancer outreach. Not black caucus. Scam or not, but not black caucus!
