I just received this call today at 10am he said it's a legal matter if myself or my attorney do not call back today my case will be submitted and I wave the right to cousel.
They call and they claim you're gonna be arrested if you don't pay them or comply with what they want. Claim I have unpaid payday loans and committing fraud. But won't give me any info. All they do now is hang up on me.
Refusing to give information is a violation of the FDCPA. They are trying to scare you. Demand WRITTEN proof of this ""problem"" that is mailed to you and wait for the excuses and possible threats (also illegal) to begin.
