I got a call from this number. They stated I got a federal grant. They gave me a phone number to call. When I spoke to a person who told me I had to buy a $250 itunes gift card and call them back. I knew right then and there it was a scam.
I received the same phone call 901-491-5367 as mentioned above. These people need to be strung up by their balls just for abusing Tennessee with a number attached to it.
Definitely a scam 901-491-5367 called me telling me that I had been picked for a federal grant because I had been paying my taxes on time. He said the federal grant was $9000 and that they were going to give it to me through western union, I then asked that why through Western Union and not a check he said because they tried to do it last year with checks and they got people calling them back telling them they never received it so this was a better option. Then he gave me a western union Money Approval Id # and a number to call. I called the number 315-675-0043 and had some man answer me and tell me that the person that I was going to speak to was busy doing a transaction. I started telling him that I searched up his number and that this was a scam and I was going to report it. He then told me not to rude and yell at him that I was talking to the government. I laughed and told him that if he wanted to hear yelling. I started yelling at him telling him that i didn't want them to call me back. He got loud with me and told me to keep yelling that he was the government. So watch out and don't fall for there BS.
