I just called this number back, and the company that answered was First Financial Bank USA. I spoke with a lady named Lori who was very nice.
I only gave her my first name, and told her that I haven't had my number for that long.
She told me that they were trying to get into contact with a Scott Cruz. I told her that I have no relations with that name, nor do I know anyone by that name, and she gladly took my number off of their call list. She said I might receive a phone call later today as their system updates, but that it should stop after today.
We'll see, and I'll let you all know!

They called me too & the voice message said the guy was from "Central Dispatch"??? I called back & it was First Financial Bank. When I gave them the number they called, they asked for 'Jenna'. I said no one by that name lives here. They said, "Sorry, wrong number and that they would take my phone number off the list." So, maybe they are fishing around for delinquent customers who have disappeared, and they are trying to track them down???
