I just called this number back, and the company that answered was First Financial Bank USA. I spoke with a lady named Lori who was very nice.
I only gave her my first name, and told her that I haven't had my number for that long.
She told me that they were trying to get into contact with a Scott Cruz. I told her that I have no relations with that name, nor do I know anyone by that name, and she gladly took my number off of their call list. She said I might receive a phone call later today as their system updates, but that it should stop after today.

I got a call from this number (1st Financial Bank), and they left an incomplete voicemail. I called them back a day later and it turns out that they "hadn't received a payment" when they called, but received it the next day.
I get a call from 901-525-4070 every single day. They call in the middle of the afternoon when I am at work and do not leave a message. I just pick it up as a missed call on my call log. I have never heard of this bank nor do I have an account with them. How do I stop this?
