It's the memphis Police Depatment. Your phone must have call them and they called you right back. My phone does it all the time.

I did not call them but they said that my phone which had been inoperable called 911.

Same.  I just got a call and said my phone dialed 911.   I had just gotten off a call and checked my outgoing that did not show a call to 911.   Strange.

911 Memphis Police Department. Called because somehow my butt called them. If you don't answer they will call back otherwise they will send out emergency crew.
