I had 3 voicemails from some foreign guy claiming he was from the Dept. Of Criminal Activity or something like that. He is very rude and says if i dont call him back @ ext. 4001 then he can only wish me luck for what is about to unfold against me!!

Don't call him back. Don't even answer the phone when this number calls.
It's a poor scam to try and get you afraid, and they get you to think your going to jail if you don't pay them.
Don't even pay them. If you really want to know if you've broke the law or have warrants against you, call your local Police. They will have the real information.
The guy is very rude and sounds foreign and and claims he is with the Bureau of Criminal Activity and that I owed some money from an online loan or something, and that I need to pay today else he would make a note that I refused and I will be turned over to the DA's office. 901-562-1330 EXT 4001 OR 916-395-0000 was the numbers. I told him if this is an attempt to collect a debt, I was protected by bankruptcy and he hung up the phone in my face when I told him to give me the information so that I could foward him proof. SCAMMERS!!!
You cannot go to jail for owing a debt else the entire US would be in trouble. Only if it were a 'hot' check.
