"Your call cannot be completed as dialed.  Please check the number and call again."

Called just before 6:00 AM. Since I was still sleeping I panicked and thought something was wrong. They said, " This is our final attempt to contact you to reduce your credit card interest rate".

I pressed one to talk to someone and basically cuss em out. It connected to someone who sounded like they were outside and then disconnected.

Repeated calls to both home and cell. Card services wanting to reduce my interest rate. Ignores "Do Not Call" registry.
