Claims I purchased a vacation package - never used it - were willing to give me a credit toward a 2016 package. I asked for proof that I purchased this package and the "agent?" rudely hung up. This was followed by another similar call from 901-730-4233. This called claimed they do not haveto provide proof that I purchased a package - They they claimned we were "gifted" a package and never used it.
