The caller id actually came up as Regions or Regions CC. Calls were placed by them to a business we own, as well as to a home we own. They were rude, insistant, and aggressive. When my husband or I answered the phone (on separate occasions), they insisted WE give them personal info to verify we were who we said we were. Go figure since they initiated the call. I really do not think this was a banking institution (Regions Bank) since they were asking US for information. Any banks we do business with have our personal info on file, as well as our mailing address. My husband finally used his iphone to record the conversation, and told them he was recording it. These were the rudest, most arrogant callers we have had. Seventeen telephone calls were placed to the home in less than an eight hour span - this was not counting the calls placed to the office. It was disruptive, and we will not hesitate to prosecute. We verbally asked them not to call again, and this particular caller actually told us the calls would continue - basically, 'so what are you going to do about it'. We are on the state do not call list, as well as the national do not call list.
I am gathering an extincive colletion of numbers from Regions Bank. I have not answered any unknown numbers I know what they want but its just to bad they should have worked better with me on the problem.
They've been calling me every day, morning noon & night... using various numbers from the list above. I never pick up cuz I know how to google, doh. They ring & ring & hang up & never leave a msg.
Hee hee, always from a diff number... I wonder how long it'll take 'em to figger out that I have this list?
