Who called from 9019695173

Recvd call with no msg. Upon callback from unblocked CID phone, the line seemed dead. Suspicious

Caller said they were Justin from Memphis and Shelby County fire ? I stopped him there, told him I didn't have time to talk to him.....I am not a Memphis resident.

Says Bartlett, TN in Shelby County, and I don't even live in that state.  Leaves no message and calls two times a day every other day.  When trying to call back, it says it is not a number.  Heard it is a scammer.

I get calls from this number almost daily.  Never leave a message, if I answer they hang up. Calling the number back get recording not in service.

They hang up without saying anything as soon as I answer.
