I think it is related to people playing mobile apps that will trade digital currency for cash or signing up for insurance quotes and such. Nice thing about my phone is it only rings for people on my contact list and those who are not it gets sent to voicemail which I use an online service to deal with and I never have to hear from them. These people claim they are selling magazines but I think they are nothing more then either a dirty debt collection or another typical scam..
