it was my insurance adjuster calling from his personal cell phone trying to reach me to set up an inspection of storm damage to my house. He explained that external claim associates aren't provided with a travel phone when working away from home and are reimbursed for use of their personal phones when traveling. If you have an insurance claim out, answer this one!
