I just received a call from this number. He started in about energy conservation. I told him I was on the Do Not Call list and he said the Do Not Call rules did not apply to them because they were only calling homeowner??? I told him to take me off the list. I didn't give him time to give me the company name.
These types of local jacksonville, Florida #'s with 904 area code bother us frequently. We are on NO solicitation list. I suspect these calls could be from fraternal order of police. ??
904-232-5587 this call was re: upcoming rate increases on utilities. claimed that I can save 30% by having a home energy evaluation and it would cost me nothing. I asked her twice to remove me from her calling list but she kept talking. I hung up.
