Guy name Dale Phelps from some phony name Litigation Solutions, sounds soo bogus. Whenever they say they have affidavits and that there felony charges, they are 100% Bullsh$&. Call from 904-432-6221. Guy left me voice mail and says his name is Peter Phelps from Law Offices of Litigation Services and that there are 2 delinquent claims filed against me. I did a search for the so called firm and there is no such place. Other reports for this number has different first name and same last name of Phelps but says a different company. I definitely won't be calling him back!
