Who called from 9042366371

Did not answer call, but it's a Jacksonville area phone number and I only know one person in that area and that person would have left me a message........no message left.  I always figure if it's not important enough to leave a message; it's not important enough for me to answer.

Asked for Elaine ... NO no Elaine and then she goes into a dissertation maybe I can help her with her cancer charity.

called and I didn't answer.  Left no message

Called and left no message. Given the number of calls to other cell phones, gotta be a scam telemarketer.
