a man asked name and hung up

Received three calls from this number. No one says anything. They hang up when I answer.

I answered and got hung up on.  Called back and was told that the call could not be completed due to telephone facility problems.

Man called, asked for husband and when I asked if I could take a message, he hung up.  Had deep raspy voice and did not sound like a professional caller.  This call came in on my business line right after my personal line was called - think it was the same person
