received call Caller ID was not familiar did not answer.  several times same story.

I never answer unknown names/numbers the first time they call.  I will check them out, find out their name, and record their name and number.   The next time they call, I check my list and then answer the phone USING THEIR NAME!  There is usually a pause and then a "click".  Works every time!
