Looking at the above message I assume the old Breast Cancer scam is firing up again. They do not represent any legitimate drive to benefit anyone but themselves. They are seeking information on YOU and should anyone send $$ then that's a bonus. Folks should not respond to or answer these calls. I use this website to investigate these calls. I turned off my answering machine because its just a nuisance anymore. Today I have received six nuisance calls. If I had to concern myself with each one I would have to hire a secretary in order to get anything else done.
This is a fund raising place for breast cancer awareness. She asked for my husband. When I said he wasn't available at the moment, she said, "Oh, well we were calling for either one of you." She went into her shpeil and I told her we give in other ways, thank you, and hung up. The phone read, "Green Cove S FL." I have no idea if they are a non-profit organization or not, so I left it as "unknown" in the call type below.
I will give to Breast Cancer when national awareness and a month long effort with blue ribbons is given to men in support of prostate/testical cancer. 1/3 of al men have Prostate issues. Additionally, I will do the same for Womens heart month. Men have heart issues also. Or even better, how about everyone supporting Breast and Prostate cancer month!!! And everyone supporting "Heart disease for all" month.
