I usually ignore these when I see a number I don't recognize on caller ID. So, I decided to answer this time and the caller hung up. I was curious and called back, received automated voice mail to leave a message, then it said mail box was full.

This leads me to believe it is a non political fundraiser.  I receive lots of political calls and they never hang up!
