I too received a message from this number but looked up the number and its an individual from florida that's using it to scam people !! BEWARE!! Do not give any info and alert the FCC!!
Its a collection agency that will threaten you with legal action but they are a scam. They tried to scare me into paying off a debt that was already taken care. Their operator also swore at me. They won't provide a physical address and are just using illegal scare tactics. If you do talk to them promptly turn them into the FTC, BBB, and your State Attorney General and their State Attorney General. There are so many companies like this floating around that all consumers that are contacted by them need to take prompt action so that they are taken care of by the appropriate authorities.
Yes they will threaten you with check fraud. They will yell. They will call names. They will scare. It is a scam. They will give you a fake address that will lead to an empty parking lot. They will often not give any address. Fake fraudulent scamers. When they get your financial info they will such you dry. The original creditor never gets paid.

I'm sweating in my f..king clothes right now and shaking! !! I googled this and found your blog Thank you God I feel so muxh better! I to believe I paid in fullyears ago .. for some reason why the f.. k would anyone still be calling me I'm heated fuxkkkk!! I was so scared
