A lady also called me about 2hours ago from 1-856-831-0640 said to call 1-904-425-2863. Said that they were calling in reguards to us national bank on a past payday loan from 06.
They left a voicemail saying they are from the federal department of investigation and I am going to get sued. I cant believe they are allowed to threaten people this way.
just had a run in with these guys, they threatened to put me in federal prison for tax fraud. i kept calling them back after i figured them out and now they have blocked my phone number. i want to make these guys my "special little" project, swamp their voice mail or something, so if you feel a little froggy, leave them a voice mail @ 904-425-9728
It is a scam. I received them in the past and just today got a new one. Tell them if you owe them you want them to send you something in writing. They won't do it. They eventually give up and move on to someone who will pay no questions asked.
