I've never had any business with CompUSA in any of its forms. I have been inundated with calls from them. No messages. I'm on the National and Florida Do Not Call Lists. I'm assuming it's a scammer.
Keeps calling but hangsup after 3 rings - what harrassement !! Cid said Out Of Area and of course no message left - go figure !!! calls at least twice a day now .
They called my landline. I didn't recognize the number so I disconnected it. Then I saw on internet the dozens of reports already against them. I reported them to my phone company and now reporting them to the FBI's internet and phone fraud website for these reports: www.ic3.gov . I will also report them to the FCC, FTC and any other applicable Federal and local (904 area code) phone companies and law enforcement agencies in that area.
They were constantly calling and never leaving a message, so I made the mistake of answering today. They began with... "We're calling about your warranty. Can you hear me o.k.?" Recent report on ABC News warning about people gettng their voice recorded by these scammers and using the info for theft. BEWARE!!!
