I got this call too - a woman called saying she was calling for her boss who was interested in a house we have for sale. Asked numerous questions about the house, including whether this could be a lease or we would want a traditional sale. Said he would likely be calling back.

Woman called concerning a home for sale. Said the buyer was William Moran in my area. Asked several questions. I would say a scam call

Called and asked a lot of questions about my house, including my mortgage amount and lease options. When I refused to answer my mortgage amount they hung up.
