Called to my cell phone, which I am obligated to answer. Nobody there - just a 'beep' when I answered.

just got a call. I don't answer unknown #'s and they left no message

they called my mobile.  I don't answer unknown #'s and they left no message.

Called, left no voicemail. Not a personal out-of-state number that I know. No business would call & not leave a voicemail if it were a legit call. Blocking ASAP.
