I received a call from this number @ 7:30 pm and, since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. From the above reports, I see that I only missed out on making a scammer angry.
Scam call about "computer tech". I told him he had called my state office. He said something about being the local tech team (LOL) and I told him he certainly was not the tech team for the State and that he had called a government office. He hung up pretty quick.
The idiot on the other end was a foreign speaking male. He told me my computer was infected and he needed to fix it for me. I yelled at him you don't even know if I have a computer or not and I am on the Do Not Call List and if you call again I m going to report you. Among some other comments.
