I received a phone call from this company today and the person calling said her name was Sierra and she needed to verify my information and address. When I asked her why, she said she would tell me after I gave her my information. I refused to give her my information and she said have a good day and hung up. I AM NOT GIVING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE WHO WILL NOT TELL ME WHY THEY NEED IT AND I DON'T KNOW THEM. SHE WAS ACTUALLY RUDE.
It is Vision Financial, a collection agency. From all of the information I have gathered, they collect for numerous businesses. Also, I have found that there are a great deal of complaints about their tactics and validity of actual debt owed by consumers they are calling.

Do not admit your name to the person calling from this number. They cannot go further if you will not admit. They will aggressively state a name (which may in fact be you) but they cannot go further without an admission from you. They will get very angry and you can have fun at their expense.
I've gotten a phone call from this number 2 days in a row. I called it back yesterday saying I was someone else and they told me to give myself (which they didn't know it was me calling) a message because they had a business issue to conduct with me. I never called back.
They called again this morning and didn't leave a message.
I have received several phone calls from this company, they never left a message. I answered this evening, the girl told me it was a personal matter her name was Stephanie Athens, when I said I was someone else and asked the name of the business, all she could say was she could reveal that personal info to me, I mean come on the company name is not personal info.
