I received 3 calls from this number today. all left messages telling me the same thing. That I needed to not ignore this phone call. And if I did not then they would wish me luck with what was going to unfold form me. The first name was James Brown (yeah rite) the next was Steven something. When I called and go a hold of someone, he said that he was Kurt Wagner from the AMG LLC Law Office. He told me that there were 3 criminal charges against me and I needed to resolve it. But he did not have my file with him. It was with another representative. He was very rude, and ignorant. I asked him to repeat the name of the company again and he said that he repeated it for the last time. Doubt it highly...............law firms do not answer the phone without going thru a receptionist. They certainly don't anounce there intentions in that manner with out having the file and additionally they don't hang up on you because you do not want to give them your personal informaion. I actually do have an attorney that tried to give in the phone number for and told me he would not call them that my lawyer would need to call him on monday and he would send all the necessary paperwork on my case (???) to them. I had disputed a payday loan balance from Cash Today Unlimited months before I filed Chapter 13. This loan was paid off with an aggreed upon amount and they withdrew a much higher amount. I disputed it with the bank and they reversed the withdrawl. This was back in I think 2006. About a year later I received a call on this telling me that now owed about 5000.00. When I filed Chapter 13 this included as a disputed amount and they did not take their opportunity to dispute this. I am fairly sure that this is a collecion agency ignoring the US courts and trying collect. Just don't want to deal with the aggravation on this.
Anyone got any advise on how to get this to stop?
I keep receiving calls from 904-592-2175, the man keeps identifying himself as Officer John Myers (sp?). He states that he is going to arrest the person who answers the phone and then later when questioned he states that he is a debt collector. He also uses any name that he can attain, I have received e-mails in the past from foreign countries with a name of a person in the US that claims to be my representative, this is a person that I do not know; this unknown representative's name is one that the supposed officer keeps using in conjunction with mine. I am afraid that this may be an attempt to draw monies into the US for the use of terrorists or other such persons.

I got a total of two calls from Mr. Charles Green of AMG LLC Law Offices: 954-342-5707,stating that I had charges pending on me for check fraud and other BS and I was threatened with jail time if I did not pay them $1,095 to settle an over $6,000 "debt". This guy told me that I would be arrested and also if they could not arrest me that my Grandmother and Mother-In-Law would be. I am waiting until tomorrow at 11:00 AM when the officer is supposed to be arresting me. I talked to my city's police department and Attorney General's Office and I have been informed that the tactics they are using is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! I will be sure to post another message tomorrow after 11 AM EST
