Who called from 9045960820

Someone keeps calling me from this number.  They will not leave a message and when I call the number back it only rings without a voice mail set up and no one will answer.

THEY called at 4am, it rang twice, and then they hung up (??)

CallerID said Name was 'blocked' but not the number 904-596-0820

I could NOT find in "reverse # search" except that name was "unpublished" and the phone service was by Intermedia Communications Inc., Florida

I already pay for call blocking on my line, so I activated it to keep these annoying scumbags at bay and I put them on Full-tme block, as well !! :)

I pay my bills in full, every month, and have no debts to be collected.

A "wake-up" call at 4am is annoying, to say the least, and there must be a 'special place' in HELL for these sick frigging [***].

I received calls from this number and as stated above when I block my number and call back no one answers.  They do not leave a message. This is what comes of us having to provide our PERSONAL phone numbers for everything.  What should make us more annoyed is who got paid for a list of our phone numbers?
Three institutions should have your phone number if asked for it; doctor, bank, and child's school. Others are job applications, employers, etc However just an FYI even though asked; you do not have to provide social security number to credit companies.

Received calls with no answer. It should be easy for the police or phone company to shut this person down. I am going to give it a try.
