These people keep calling harrassing me about something I dont know anything about first wanted to send money to me now say I OWE MONEY, they keep hanging up on me I am reporting them to the law leave me alone
I am a 23 year old college student who just bought his first car and this company called me saying they could help me. So I listened something I should not have done because I have received an online loan before I trusted them and they had my info already so believed they were real, I was scammed by these people for $500 cash, they ask me to put it on a green dot pay pak card from a local CVs witch was very naive of me but I did it hoping to receive 5000 in paying it off in 46 months I was going to take care of my debt and traffic tickets new car note and schooling fees now I'm in over my head with my car note they don't care about what you have to do are your responsibility's they will scam you so do not even answer their call.
They are calling from some place in India it comes up as FL. These people are useless and are harassers. They say you have a loan application you filled and that you didn't accept the loan that was offered then they say you fraudulently claimed money!! Then they are filing a law suit cause you were lying about you're identity . People them me what sounds genuine about them. I told the guy off. Don't be nice and don't give up any information.
I keep getting these calls from some guy calling him self William saying that i will be arrested for non payment of a cash advance online payday loan. I havent taken out a loan. Of course i need one but no i havent gotten any type of loan what so ever. He cant give me any information except for my last four of my social.
Getting calls from several different men. One was a Justin Gray and saying I have committed fraud and that I was going to be arrested. Some State Agency? When I started to ask questions they hung up on me. Another person calls and keeps leaving messages to return call. Just to see what they would do I returned a call to them. The man that answered asked my name and said he was transferring me to attorney, but I could hear him breathing on phone, so I hung up.
They just phoned our business and asked for one of our employees, stated they were from State Investigation, I said that sure is odd, considering I am several states away from Florida. I am so annoyed right now, I am contacting our Attorney General's Office and reporting the phone number 1-904-701-9569. I called the number back and of course it was a recording, Imagine that!
