These people keep calling harrassing me about something I dont know anything about first wanted to send money to me now say I OWE MONEY, they keep hanging up on me I am reporting them to the law leave me alone
I am a 23 year old college student who just bought his first car and this company called me saying they could help me. So I listened something I should not have done because I have received an online loan before I trusted them and they had my info already so believed they were real, I was scammed by these people for $500 cash, they ask me to put it on a green dot pay pak card from a local CVs witch was very naive of me but I did it hoping to receive 5000 in paying it off in 46 months I was going to take care of my debt and traffic tickets new car note and schooling fees now I'm in over my head with my car note they don't care about what you have to do are your responsibility's they will scam you so do not even answer their call.
I'm sure you already know that you're not going to be able to get your money back. However, I'm a bit concerned that they have your information. Please, if you haven't already, place flags on your credit report with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. This will prevent anyone from taking out new lines of credit in your name without verification that it is you applying. This coverage is free and lasts for 6 months.
William Kanner keeps calling my company claiming an employee owed him pay day loans. He has a South Asian accent and sounds like he's reading a script. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFO BUT REPORT HIM FOR SCAMMING AND LYING!

I Googled YMax Communications, and they are the #1 worst source of SCAM complaints on the ComplaintsBoard.Com website.
According to many of the complaints posted, they lie about everything to get you to give them money (like saying that you've been named in a lawsuit, or claiming that they represent the IRS, or offering ‘Free Government Grant money’ to recently-arrived foreigners, etc).
One complainer said the people they spoke with at YMax had heavy Indian or Pakistani accents, so they might be based beyond the reach of American laws and have the phone calls transferred to them.
Based solely on my web research (and not on any personal experience), this is probably the worst telephone scamming operation I've ever learned about...
