Are you crazy? First of all, simply don't answer the call if you don't know who's calling. Second, don't ever call them back. Either way, you are confirming you have a viable number and you will find yourself on many new lists. If they're legit, they will leave you a message.
Caller asked for head of household, I told him that was my husband, he said he could talk to either. He was from the Disabled Veteren's looking for donations and wanted to send a packet to my house, I said send it and I'll discuss it with my husband, if I would agree to donate at least $15, I said ok send the packet, he then responded with they were looking for more than that and would try back next year and he hung up.
