They called m place of work and this as my first day on he job, saing I owed them money, from several yrs. ago. Wated my depit card 3. Didn't give it They got mad and said the police would be after me.
Jason James calls our office almost everyday and has been threatening to send the sheriffs out for 2 weeks. When I try to get information out of him, he gets very mad. It's kinda funny. He's a jerk no matter what his job is. Maybe the company is doing something good, maybe not. Either way, Jason James is an idiot and I hope he keeps calling, just to make me laugh.
i called there number and they answered as "untied processing" i didnt say anything and muted them.... i then put the speaker as high as it goes and listened in. They were listening to britanny spears - ooops i did it again song. And began to fart in the phone.... pretty immature kids working over there apparently
Remember people, calling you at work is illegal whether you owe a debt or not. They are also not supposed to be going to your relatives to get info on you, that could be slander or libel ... always forget which one. They are required to talk to you and only to you unless you appointment someone to speak for you and that has to be in writing to make it legal.
Also remember that - by law - they have to give you written proof of any debt if you ask for it.
AND, they have to follow the same due process laws as everyone else so they aren't just going to send the cops out to get you.
Apparently some folks from United Processing found out that their number is being reported and came here to try and circumvent the information. Notice that all the supporting refutations are in all CAPS as opposed to normal typing format.
Beware of this company, they are in violation of laws at both the national and possibly the state level.
