An automated robocall that identified themselves "Cardmember services"; "There is nothing wrong with your account, but please stay on the line to lower your interest rates".
I pressed 1 and the automated system said "now connecting you"
A guy came on and said that he wanted to talk to me about my credit card rates.
I asked him his name and he said it was "Oscar".
I asked him for his address and last name and he said "what else do you want". I said I was going to report him to the Do Not Call list and other authorities since I'm on the Do Not Call List. He again said "what else do you want" and refused to give me the information I asked for.
They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
I dismissed the call 4 times in a row. It kept calling each time I dismissed it within seconds. The phone number has a busy signal when he tried to call it. T-Mobile has the phone listed as spam.
