Received voicemail on my cell phone and on my work voicemail from this Zack Johnson at DM saying they delivered a package and it was returned unsigned and to call him back or they will pursue legal action. Well I do not have any outstanding loans. It is spam!!
it was a automated voice saying a package with my name and social # and other info was returned with no signature. said I needed to call them to retrieve my package. it didn't sound right so I never called.
Zack Johnson with DM tried to deliver a package to my employer but was returned without signature. I will be summoned to court for loan that was taken out so many years ago and that's why I wasn't notified of it's existence. Give me 72 hours to come up with a settlement. But can't tell me anything about the loan???
the caller was a woman, then transferred to a Zack Johnson. attempting to collect a payday loan from 2010, could not give me any information from the company and the loan was from. pursuing legal action as of today if a payment arrangement will not be made.
