Cheesy robocaller offering home security systems, when you call it back is says the survey the number was used for is closed and it gives you the option of pressing 9 to be removed but if you can't trust them to not break the law in the first place, placing an illegal unsolicited call to a mobile phone in FL, why would they honor your request to add you to a do-not-call list?
