That's fine...but when they keep calling even though you tell them "not interested" or calling in the middle of the night. People do sleep at 10:00 or 11:00 p.m.
This number called and after doing some googling I found this: SCARY:
"Wahpeton Police Chief Scott Thorsteinson said Thursday a Wahpeton woman reported receiving a phone call from someone who claimed to be from the Qwest telephone company. That person told her to call a 900 phone number to respond to a survey.
Instead of dialing that phone number, she made another call, an action that may have saved her a huge charge on her telephone bill.Thorsteinson said the woman contacted Qwest, who told her this was a scam and to report it to her local police department. "If she would have called that number, it could have ended up costing her $100 a minute."
The number in question was 905-323-3900. He said the fact that it's a 900 number "should cause people to get their eyebrows up" because these are toll calls with varying per-minute charges. "We'd like to get the word out (on calls such as this) so our citizens don't wind up with $2,000 phone bills."
It's common for scams such as this to have phone numbers with an unfamiliar area code like that one. "A lot of these scams originate out of the West Indies or different points in the Caribbean," Thorsteinson said. "I don't know why, that's just the way it is."
I recieved a call from 9053233900 everyday this week. I called my service provider and was advised that they don't support third party billing so the outbound call won't be excepted. But still to think that you're a potential target
