I just received a call from this number but did not answer it  They wont get a chance again as I have blocked it .  I just wish these people would go away

They continue to call after being told repeatedly that we are not interested in their service.

That would make them dishonest, right?  Don't waste your time trying to get crooks to do the right thing.  Ignore and block the calls.  The more you interact, the more they will call.
