Who called from 9055521285

Received call from this number - ID came up as 119055521285 (has extra one at beginning).  No message left.  Definitely a spammer.

I also received a call from this # with the extra # at the beginning. She asked for my husband by name - he passed away 3 years ago, tomorrow.

She called saying she's with the city of Oshawa and someone will be by to check the gas and water pipes.... sounds extremely fishy

Exact same as reported by Jessica 1 hour ago ..... caller said she was in Oshawa and coming to check the gas and water pipes .... I dont have gas heating so no gas pipes to check ...  I hung up and blocked number

Claimed to be from the Town of Whitby, coming to check the gas and water pipes.
